Ordered lots of times with Bunches, the orders are never lare and are always in good condition.
My Wife loves the freesia's, great communication throughout the process and you can save up points towards future purchases.

Have used your firm on several occasions and have always been very pleased with them.

1st time I've ordered with Bunches uk So Glad I did after 1 order did not arrive Gladley sent an Email and first instance was sent a replacement and it arrived the next day so loveley my gift ordered for a friend also received loveley gift card and how to care for the flowers and a packet of seeds plus small voucher discount of your next order

I was told that the package would be delivered but did not have confirmation that it had been. I know the recipient is away but would be great full to know the delivery will be made at some stage.

I ordered the afternoon tea hamper for my friend’s birthday. It arrived on time and was wrapped suitably- my friend was delighted.

I ordered a hamper for my aunt's birthday, instead she received a completely different package intended for someone else, with a very personal message inside. This confused and upset her, and she had to get someone to contact Bunches. They had no clue, and just told her that her hamper would arrive 4 days late. No one from Bunches contacted me to explain this, so I emailed them, I have confirmation that they received and read the email 4 days ago, but still no one has replied or even acknowledged it. I've been using Bunches for years and will never use them again. Have they even contacted the person who sent the very personal message to their friend/relative to explain it was sent to someone else? Can you imagine how they will feel? This is shocking and breaches privacy, Bunches should be immediately dealing with this, but they're just ignoring us. It ruined my aunt's day and has caused all of us a lot of stress. It would be simple enough to admit the error and refund us.

I've just received a lovely 'thank you' email from the recipient of a bunch of flowers from Bunches (Rhubarb and Custard). She said they were beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. Customer service was great - I'd mistakenly ordered them to be delivered on the wrong date. No problem they said, and arranged immediate delivery. I'm very pleased and Bunches will definitely be my go-to company for flowers in future.

Amazing! I placed an online order from Bunches all the way from Canada, didn’t have to call or clarify anything or even wonder if they would delivered well as this for my best friend as she passed her first year as a nurse practitioner .. they had amazing service and options and it was quick!!! Will definitely be ordering from them for future occasions if to anyone in London and around ..

BRILLIANT as ALWAYS! On time, beautiful house plants or flowers or hampers delivered in style and loved by the recipients. We send usually one a month at least, and have used BUNCHES for over 4 years now - thank you to ALL the incredible team behind them.

Bought a treat hamper for my daughter's birthday. She was very pleased with it. I usually only buy flowers from Bunches but will buy hampers again as was well received. The only problem was deciding which she would like most. Plenty of variety and good vale for money. Very easy to order and pay and delivered on time.
